I agree with admat----the YT-2400 has arguably the best large-based dial in the game since it has all the hard turns and banks available as options. Plus barrel roll on a large base is extremely useful, regardless of pilot skill.

I've only used the Wild Space Fringer with HLC and no title, since I think with a title it would be too easy for higher PS to get into the 'donut hole' (i.e. anything PS 3+). At 37 pts, its a solid HLC carrier having 2 agility and 5/5 hull/shield. Throwing on recon (for 40 pts) is not bad too if you have the points available

A local guy runs the 40-point version mercilessly. It can be BRUTAL. The killer part is it leaves with 60 points! It doesn't even have to be your primary threat.

I've found that this + 58pt dash is a very good list.

I also tried swapping dash's hlc for mangler cannon and giving WSF counter measures. It was just as effective against the list i played, but the extra red dice is worth more i think
