Wave 3? Jumping the gun

They describe all sorts of Imperial ships being bought by the New Republic when systems defect. It is a civil war after all.

I wish there was design space for giving regular ships some kind of special rules, but alas that seems impossible given the entire ship card is already used up with the basic information. Only upgrades really allow for that.

The reason I say so is it's going to be weird getting Interdictors to feel right (unless they have some kind of mandatory generic title for a non-special Interdictor), as they're not really impressive as warships, moreso for their gravity fields, which don't really have an in-game mechanic at the moment. Similarly, I'd love for dedicated carrier ships to get some kind of special rule that would temporarily give all friendly squadrons within range 1 (or 2?) the Rogue keyword to represent the carrier launching squadrons (instead of just having a high Squadrons value), but that would also require title cards.
