Ok So I really want to use my Punisher - and at the same time I want to deal massive damage in one go.. I've yet to play with this but what are your thoughts?

Deathrain lets me drop and move to the side

Whisper will let me pack a big punch and hopefully dodge a much as possible

Omega is almost a guaranteed hit

no VI on whisper, but Mk2 on OA? OA has plenty of greens, adding two more won't better it nearly as much as a VI on whisper. Also decide between Missiles and bombs for your Punisher and choose Deathrain/Redline depending on which you chose. they dont commingle well.
