Are there any Toledo or Ann Arbor players who are interested in starting leagues or tournaments in either area? Let me know and I see what we can arrange at a game store.

Hey, I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I'm from Toledo. I have a friend who bought a set, and possibly three more. I'm not holding out for much, but they're interested.
Where do you play/go to currently?
Not that close really but there is a group kinda in the cleveland area that's playing... and I'm in CBus ohio, and have a few here that are casually playing... wooo. A bunch of people that kinda play in a state... great playgroup we are. eh?
Bump.
Anyone?
Honestly trying to find anyone that plays anything but Yugi, magic, WoW or pokemon is amazing.
Now of those few, trying to find anyone that's willing to give another game a shot is still amazing.
I recommend you start 'recruiting' locally with friends and just start playing the game casually with them and others... but doign so publicly.
I live in the (well, on the fringe, at least) area, and are usually at the Game Room on Thursdays, in case I've been walking past people who play it while I'm there.
(In a related note, I was up there today, and can confirm they've got copies of Skavenblight Threat in.)
If you can get a Thursday crew together at the Game Room in Toledo, a Friend and myself are both willing to come up every Thursday to play. We live in the Findlay area.
I'm in the Ann Arbor area and would definitely be interested in playing, though I don't know how often I would have access to a car.
I'm more than willing to go to the Game Room, but I work 4:00 PM every weekday. I can do it anytime before 3:00 (so I have some time to get ready and all that for work). Weekends are okay, but I have limited time and need to know in advance.
Hopefully, I can get up to Ann Arbor some time soon. Any stores up there selling the cards? No one here in Toledo has the Zealot battle pack, and I doubt they'll be getting any of the new ones either. If it doesn't say Magic or whatever kids are into these days, then it's worthless to them.
The most active game store here in Ann Arbor doesn't have it, no...though they're pretty willing to buy stuff and plenty of room to play.
Underworld, I'm guessing? Yeah, that's a good place, and actually where I would suggest meeting up to play. We'll have to keep in touch about this, because I'd love to get out and go places - once I can get the time, that is.
For all my Toledo friends, anyone thinking of Bashcon this year? I'll be there, with my cards, and maybe we could even do a tournament. I have plenty of stuff lying around to use as prizes...
Actually, Underworld isn't around anymore...it went under a long while ago. Quite unfortunate. Though now there's a place called Get Your Game On. There's also Vault of Midnight, but the first has more gaming space.
As stated I am willing to play on Tuesdays or Thursdays as is a friend of mine, If we can find 8-12 consistant players I will contact the Game Room about them hosting a bi weekly or monthly Warhammer Invasion event. Let me know how many is in your crew and lets see if we cant get something going before the Cons come up.
