I've been working on an effective list for me. I've posted two variations of what I'm using below. They are based on Torkil and the flight of the bugzapper list.
List 1:
StarViper: · Guri (30)
Predator (3)
HWK-290: · Torkil Mux (19)
Twin Laser Turret (6)
Z-95 Headhunter: Binayre Pirate (12)
Feedback Array (2)
Z-95 Headhunter: Binayre Pirate (12)
Feedback Array (2)
Z-95 Headhunter: Binayre Pirate (12)
Feedback Array (2)
Torkil flies behind the bugzappers and uses his ability to drop the top target PS to 0. Pirates then either shoot or zap, depending on range. I'm finding this combo is very effective. The last time out, I didn't feel Guri's presence in the list, beyond attracting some attention away from the core. Only a zed was lost.
List 2:
HWK-290: · Torkil Mux (19)
Twin Laser Turret (6)
Z-95 Headhunter: Black Sun Soldier (13)
Feedback Array (2)
Z-95 Headhunter: Black Sun Soldier (13)
Feedback Array (2)
Z-95 Headhunter: Black Sun Soldier (13)
Feedback Array (2)
StarViper: Black Sun Vigo (27)
Autothrusters (2)
Same idea as the first list, just everyone at PS 3.
Tactically, my goal is to deploy a block of zeds with Torkil trailing about a 1 behind the central zed. The Starviper, whether that's Guri or the Vigo, will line up at a 45 degree angle on a flank. The goal is to catch targets in a L somewhere around round 3.
I'm not 100% sold on either variation. As mentioned above, the block has performed admirably.
