Is there an estimated release date yet? Not a lot of time between now and then anyways. Be interesting to see what people come up with in the limited time.
Estimated by the usual 6 week standard is beginning of November.
I think it won't be however because other countries won't have it the same time as the US.
As it was shown, Germany for instance did not get wave 1 for what over a month?

Right. Wave 2, 400 pts would be great, really shake things up. But since the minis haven't hit the stores yet, I don't think that's possible. Sadly.

Idealy yes. But that assumes people have a week or so world wide with the ships before Worlds.
I don't think you need much more then that though, if you're serious enough about Armada to fly from Europe to Minnesota, in November... Then you'll be up to date on the spoilers, know what the ships can do, know what you want for a list, ect...
The only thing you would really need is time to move the ships around a bit to get used to how they fly.
But it seems unlikely that Wave 2 will be here in time, so ideally yes, but likely no.

To be fair, it is a silly question. Of course people WANT it to be legal for Worlds. But it is unlikely it WILL be legal.

FFG browses the forms and thus if people want it it is a tiny possibility that it could add to the decision.

They got special permission from FFG. My city has a ton of gamestores and is larger than some of the states in the NE USA, as well as a few countries.

I'm thinking my odds are kinda long.
