Lumenen Attacks and extra attack talents.

Can you dual wield Luminen Shock hands? Can you Swift Attack with Luminen? Does it require you to use both hands (why couldn't you send the electricity through one hand twice?)?

Luminen, Maglev and Ferric talents don't have "attack" description. Swift/Lightning talents specifically say: "melee attacks" , Two-Weapon Wielder describes someone "armed with two weapons". So - no.

The only thing that affects these talents is Enhanced Potentia Coil (The Lathe Worlds, p.66)

That's not completely true, the Errata changes them to "Standard Attacks". One can infer that one is a ranged attack and the other a melee attack.

" The standard attack" - yes, so that it becomes fit with "no more than 1 attack action" rule, but they don't turned to "melee/ranged attacks".

1) If you have the appropriate talents for dual wielding, then yes.

2) We clarify this in Second Edition to say Luminen Blast is wielded like a pistol, so yes.
3) Yes, as we clarified this in Second Edition to say it functions like a melee weapon.

That's a yes on all accounts by FFG.

I guess this can work for OW/DH2 Swift Attack.
