Am I wrong for wanting to keep VI on dash?

Would Dutch be a better option than Salm?

If you want to keep everything as is then maybe swap the Shield Upgrade for a Hull Upgrade.

R2 on Horton is 4 wasted points... He activates on 2 maneuvers, both straights... Want to regen shields on a YWing, R5P9 is your better bet...

I would drop Horton to a regular Gold Squad built like the rest, then use those points saved to give all the A wings autothrusters and make Dash into SuperDash

R2-D2 is kind of a waste of points on Horton, especially in a 200 point game. You'd probably be better off with R4-D6.

I would say this is the "right" answer. Horton doesn't have enough green to utilize R2-D2, he does have free attack modifiers that allow him the freedom to either Focus for super accuracy or to regen a shield without restricting his dial. Take R5-P9 for that one point you need.

Thanks for the input guys.

I figured r2 would be good given that, with a turret, horton could do straights for days and not suffer.

Will definitely look at those other options though

In a 200 point game, I'd assume that if Horton is taking damage he's probably not going to see the next round. That's why I recommended going with R4-D6. Being able to take 2 stress to get rid of two hits from a 4 hit HLC shot might let him make it.
