A while ago I had a grand plan for something larger in scope than a Store Championship, but smaller in scope than a Regional. Luckily, my good friend @theSmallman had very similar ideas. With that, we came up with the first SoCal X-Wing Invitational.

8 Southern California stores were selected (chosen from the applications stores/TOs/interested parties submitted) to run a Qualifier, from which the Top 4 would be invited to the Invitational which takes place on October 17th.

I've done my best to get video of some of the matches at the Qualifiers these stores have held and will be posting those here and on my Youtube channel.

I'm slowly getting better at editing video and have started developing a HUD for my channel. I would love to hear any feedback/suggestion you have regarding the video.

I'd also love to answer any questions about our Invitational so that, hopefully, other communities can start to do the same.

Thanks Jet Black! I would love to have commentary on every video, but it can be tough to get people together to do it. All my Top 8 (or better) videos will have commentary for sure.

I think that you are already doing it, but to add in the upgrade cards on the side so that we know what is going on would be helpful.

Some lists make this easier than others. Someone else suggested making everything smaller. Maybe I'll do that so there's more room for them when there are more cards than I currently have room for.
