Personally. No Jar Jar

Love Jar Jar. I hope we see him in Rebels but deeply affected by the formation of the Empire and losing Tarpals in the clone wars. Having dedicated himself to fighting the Empire we find him a serious and hardened Gungan military leader. He will be working with the Mon Calamari sharing Gungan shield technology to improve there cruisers in battle. With that in mind:

General Jar Jar

At the end of the status phase each of your ships may roll a red attack dice. Each Damage result recovers one shield. An Accuracy result causes two damage to one hull zone and you may choose to spend one opponents defense token.

While I don't think Jar Jar is as bad in the universe as people like to wail, I don't think he has any function in this game.

Palpatine has the "aura of the darkside" to affect people, and Padme was an action-girl princess like Leia, but what does Jar-Jar do? At best he's a senator of no particular distinction (besides electing Palpatine), at worst he's a pawn of the force who makes things better and worse for either side.

If he's in the game the only thing I can see him doing is do what greedo does for X-Wing: Convert a hit into a critical for one ship when it fires and is being fired upon.

Zoring I don't have to rethink my life choices they're fine I don't see what the problem is with me liking Jar Jar Binks.

BergerFett you might be right about that but I still think that Jar Jar was a dupe and Palpatine took advantage of him but that's how I see it.

For myself I came up with a game that I've run at several conventions called Battle of the Grassy Plains where I have over 300 Gungans and 500 plus Battledroids the figures I use which are all mine are the Wizards of the Coast gaming miniatures and I have a few other things as well so the Gungans have won a few games and the Droids have won a few times and all who took part enjoyed themselves.

The bottom line is this Jar Jar Binks is my favorite Star Wars character and that's that.
