Since the start I always wanted to paint my squadrons since the unpainted just looked terrible IMO

So here are my rebel squadrons ready for the massing at sullust tomorrow

So if I'm not getting the Calamari cruiser tomorrow I hope I can at least take home the rouge&villian pack so I can start to paint them

They look pretty good up close, so they must look really good on the table. Nicely done.

I love the nicks in the paint on the Y-Wings. They look very authentic. Great work!

Love the engines on the Y-Wings, nice detail in the middle there. They all look fantastic. I was going to sit down and do some painting today, starting with easy X-Wings I've been wondering about what colour to paint the B-Wings, and I must say I like that blue!

Very nice. After watching all of the Tournament play at the Massing of Sullust yesterday I can see how much better the playing area looks when the squadrons in the game are painted. These will do you proud.

I've seen some use ultra fine point sharpie markers. Anyone else try that? I'm thinking about it.

Yep, Me. The sharpies work great. I did use white & yellow sharpie paint markers as the light colors dont show up as well. After I was don I gave them all the Nulin oil wash.

What is this Nulin oil you speak of? Is it necessary?

Thanks I really like how they turned out, the x-wings looks a bit messy but they were the first ones I painted. The a-wing turned out great IMO.

I didn't get a rouge&villian pack but I went undefeated in the swiss and lost the 400p game. I did however get to walk home with this so I'm pretty happy
