Retailers are invited to apply now for next year’s Store Championship season, running from January 1st through March 31st, 2016.

• Champion: The winner receives a Store Championship plaque and a card granting one first-round bye at a Regional Championship of the player’s choice.
• Top Four: The top four players each receive one challenge coin (plus one for the judge/TO).
• Top Eight: The top eight players each receive one acrylic range ruler (plus one for the judge/TO).
• Top Thirty-Two: The top thirty-two players each receive one C-3PO alternate art card (plus one for the judge/TO). (not pictured)

Stores have until Oct. 17 to get their orders in.

Ha. Including C-3PO as a participation prize is pretty funny. I can remember a few of the more undesirable players that I have met bragging about how they bought the Tantive just for that golden god of a card.

A number of the other prize cards in other games are not shown either. Makes me wonder if FFG just wants them to be a surprise after all the flak we gave that atrocious Dash alt card?

Sure, but I mean, those Imperial card backs clearly are supposed to be stand-ins for the top 32 prize, which in this case is C-3PO. Who's Imperial now. Of course.

I do think a screenshot of C-3PO with his new red arm has a good chance of making it onto the card, considering it'll be released after Episode 7 has hit theaters.

Well the rules now say that we're supposed to flip a coin to determine who chooses initiative when both players have the same number of points. These coins probably are for that.
