I think if you want to run a "bad lists" tournament, you need to have a chance of actually being made to fly your own list.

Just to keep them to playable, but the good kind of garbage.

I made a list im gonna call the "Pacifist Turtle"

For one that isn't strictly intentionally impossible to use:

Miranda: TLT, Luke skywalker, advanced proton torpedoes x2, proton bombs x2, engine upgrade, assault missiles

73 points in one ship (for comparison, the most expensive falcon possible maxes out at 72), in fact I think it's one of the most expensive ships you can build (decimator can hit 80, Bossk can hit 77)

Combine that with Jan Ors w/elusiveness. 100 pts exactly.

Although, in all honesty, that ship might be able to hurt some lists...

How about this rule: if HWK or Y-wing, must have a turret?

Defeats the fun of the format. You want your list to be unplayably bad if possible. But all the lists are like that so it's okay.

That's why we said the list must be exactly 100 points. Folks need to be creative about it and not just say "Okay this list has no ships. Done!"

Maybe not THE worst, but meets the criteria and has upgrades that go counter to the pilot skills on two of them.
