On your first list I'd switch out one of the Advanced for another Bomber, which will also give you a small initiative bid. With the current configuration, consider dropping upgrades (Warlord, XX-9) in favor of Victory II's which might serve you better in a general sense.

thanks for the comments, I only have one set of fighters so I can only field 2 bombers (Rhymer+1) otherwise yes I would have gone for more.I tried V2s but could not get the points in Warlord+XX9 is 15 pts. That would get me 1 V2. I was not sure which is better. My gut feeling was Warlord +XX9, that is why I went that way. I am probably wrong though because i am functioning on pure theory machine with little experience.

In my opinion for the Rebel fleet.

Put advanced projectors on both AFs at least.

Maybe add xi7 to as many ships as you can. They hurt.
