Two questions about Rumor Cards

Hey.. so..

If our OL drew 3 cards, with 2 from the same expansion,

but only 1 of those 2 is a quest, can the OL still play both?

And..

does the Rumor Card stay face-up in play after the quest is done?

1) The only restriction about rumor cards from the same expansion pertains to quests, and that's only because on those quest cards it says "if you have played X or Y (the other rumor quests from this expansion) discard this card and draw a new one." There is no general rule preventing playing multiple rumor cards from the same expansion.Consider that if the only expansion you have is Lair of the Wyrm, ALL of your rumor cards are from one expansion.

2) Quest cards remain in play until completed or discarded by a game effect. They are not automatically discarded at the start of the Campaign phase, and can persist from session to session until completed.

Between sessions, players should store any available Quest cards in a neutral area as a reminder that the quest has not been attempted yet. After either the heroes or the overlord wins a quest, the victor may store the corresponding card with the rest of his materials as a reminder that he won that quest.
That is, after you complete the quest, it is out of play. Note that some Act 2 advanced quest cards have rewards listed on them, important after the quest has been completed.

3) IMPORTANT NOTE: Read the FAQ/ Manor of Ravens rulebook regarding what to do with rumor quests as you approach the interlude. Ignore the bit about rumor quests in play before the interlude found in the lair of the wyrm/trollfens rulebooks, it has been errata'd away.

NVM, one more question:

AFTER a rumor quest, do we continue with the quest we would have done, say quest 1 of Act 1, or skip that and continue with quest 2?

So.. does the rumor quest replace a quest?

Check out page 6 of the Manor of Ravens rules. They do not. Make certain you are not awarding XP for rumors unless it explicitly says to do so.
