I'd go for PTL on Poe instead of Predator as it give much more flexibility.

not really

in my experience, Poe just does't really hash it as a replacement for Corran.

He doesn't have the dedicated endurance against single, hyper-modded ships (no evade or r2-d2) and he isn't effective with V.I to out PS your typical aces (nor the wonky damage output to challenge other 2-ships, ala double-tap)

not to say he isn't awesome, ofc, just that he doesn't fit the mold

we can all probably afford to be more creative than just regurgitating more 2-ship lists

I'd try Nikolishin's list first for sure. Could be much fun. Here is another option, but not as competitive:

So no Outrider title but Dash's ability + Barrel Roll and Boost still make him unpredictable. Plus, this way he can shoot out of arc with his primary turret.

Yeah. This is the problem I've been having. While having oneT-70 ace with Dash doesn't quite feel like enough, I don't think there's enough points to have two T-70s and keep Dash comfortable (i.e., Outrider title, upgrades).

I've had success with 2 x blue squadron novice with r2 paired with Dash, title, mango cannon, VI and recon specialist.
