296 points bid for initiative, I'd choose to be second player since all of the chosen objectives heavily favor my build.
Fighters cheat death near the Gallant Haven on approach, and mid-fight if practical, Wedge and the no-name X-wing screen against opposing fighters while the rest go for the first target and light it up.
Having only two ships makes me nervous, but I believe the ECMs should go a ways towards helping survivability. Garm as admiral helps keep my versatility and efficiency up a bit from the onset, hopefully giving me a late-game boost to keep at least one ship in the fight.
