Hey, so my fiancée and I have started playing (and loving) this game already

Anyway.. so we have a question we can't find an answer for..

If Jain Fairwood uses her Heroic Feat, can she use the Fire Flask as the mentioned attack,

or does the attack have to be with her equipped weapon, as Fire Flask may count as

using an item instead of a normal attack action?

She cannot use the flask this way. Both the flask and the feat are marked as actions, meaning each is an action in and of itself. The two actions cannot be combined.

The attack performed during the feat must be a "normal" attack with her equipped weapon or bare hands. Non-action skills like the wildlander's "bow mastery" could still be used to add a surge, however.
