I would not try to make a list to specifically counter another list. Doing that, you are not learning much how to adapt your classic squad against other lists. I would try to create a list which could potentially win against all kind of lists. With that list, I would try to train to get better facing any situation.

Starvipers are AMAZING! They are the Ferrari of the game.
Try my Kath's Cross. It has destroyed every two ships build it has run into.
Kath+Predator (and 5 points of upgrades of your choice.)
2x Blacksun Enforcer+Autothrusters
The two PS 1 Starvipers can act as blockers and will easily stay out of Han's and Luke's arcs. Kath will shred Han quickly with 4 or 5 attack die a round. I've only lost one game with this list and it was really bad flying on my part.
So what Scum ships should I buy next to get some good coverage?
