I'd probably use the MC30 if i had to. Sounds more fun and normal. Don't have to theory craft and find out my plans aren't going the way I wanted them to.

I think if you poke around the forums, you'll find quite a few new spoilers. In fact, I believe everything in wave 2 has been spoiled at this point.

Also, I'd give the Sullust rules a re-read. The finals is a 400 points match with one of each new ship.
