when your on the arkham board, at the bank it says you can take out a loan, how do you do this and what must be done each turn?
also on a downloaded flow chart i got, it mentions spending movement points to do things like activate special cards, whats this about as i cant find either of these in the rules, if they are please point me too them, sometimes you cant see for looking

Follow the text on the Bank location 
? Take the Loan, follow instructions on that card.

my main question really with the flow chart thing was really the text that said you can spend unused movement points?
yes, Tome cards from the unique/common item deck often require mov't points to use. Aside from a few oddballs (Mi-Goh Brain case, patrol wagon, which are both really taking the place of normal movement, even though they mention movement points) I can't think of any cards that *aren't* Tomes that let you spend movement points. Oh, wait, I guess there is the Safety Deposit Key from KiY, but the point was, it's mostly tomes.
