New ideas for objective cards.

I was thinking about an objective card that deals with squadrons so here's my idea:

Communication Relays

Setup: Place obstacles as normal then place 1 objective token on each.

Special rule: Each objective token is a communication relay that can be attacked in the same way as a ship. Each communication relay has 5 health and is not obscured by the obstacle it is placed on. Each token is worth 25 points, if destroyed by a squadron you receive 2 tokens instead of 1 each worth 25 points.

Note that it's like attacking a ship so bomber works ect and squadrons must use their anti-ship dice.

I also want to come up with some Rebel/Imperial only objectives at some point.

I really like that Idea. My only thought is it will hugely tilt towards whichever player is running lots of squadrons. Maybe if you made it so that squadrons attacking them still only received one token, but they could count criticals and accuracy as hits? Or did more damage maybe?

So my ship does 4 damage first and my Squadron does 1, will I score 50vp?

It would have to be something that doesnt negate ships, but yet encourages squadrons. So ships have to be able to get the tokens too or they become just support for squadrons.

Id say the best thing would be something like:

At the end of each round, if a player controls a communication relay, that player gains a victory token. The player that has the most number of attack dice in range of the relay has control over it. If a player controls a communications relay with at least 1 squadron, that player gains two tokens instead.
