Unfortunately my store is out of the sleeves I was going to order along with the packs.... Anyone use ultra pro sleeves for IA? Any fit issues, and does that stupid hologram get in the way?

I cannot stand that stupid hologram. I use the colored FFG sleeves that are slightly bigger than the cards. This way, the cards "float" over a nice colored border that matches the base color I painted on my figures that correspond with that card. Makes identification a breeze!

A border? Are the colored sleeves not tinted in the center that the cards would be discolored?

Only on the backs you end up with a border on the edge of the card that you can match with the ring of your painted figures.

I do this as well. It works perfectly for matching deployment cards with their figures.

I feel like I'm still missing something... Are the cards in your picture double sleeved? Looks like the colored borders are behind normally sleeved cards...

I totally agree with you. And as of today they have an availability date of October 7. I'm waiting until IA Wave 3 and Armada Wave 2 are all confirmed in stock and buying it all at once. Free shipping over $125 at cardhaus, and they usually have the best prices.

I totally agree with you. And as of today they have an availability date of October 7. I'm waiting until IA Wave 3 and Armada Wave 2 are all confirmed in stock and buying it all at once. Free shipping over $125 at cardhaus, and they usually have the best prices.

Another good place to check out is Discount_Games_Store on ebay. They give fast free shipping on everything regardless of how much you order. I pre-ordered enough IA stuff that I got the Bantha Rider for free. They've shipped everything as soon as it's become available.

It does look like Cardhaus is less, but only if you spend enough to get the free shipping.

FFG seems to always have a new product sitting on the shelves at their Store for Worlds...last year it was the first War Pack for Conquest (which wasn't legal to use for the tournament). I suspect there will be some product that will hit the stores the next week for sale at Worlds...again, probably not legal for the tournament.

Battle for hoth ready for movie release timeframe?

Just picked up all three packs. The figs are great, the stormtroopers do appear in a substantially different pose. At least if you have been painting them, you will definitely know the difference. The Rodians look great, the pistols are a bit bendy (as could be expected) but their length is nice. The Wookies are just awesome, I will definitely be doing some work on those fellows! Hope every one else gets theirs soon!
