For the life of me I can not find where it says what your starting credits is and the die roll for your creds after character creation..

Well you start with 500 during character creation, which can go up if you take on Obligation. If you don't spend it, you lose it you can keep it.

Then you roll a D100 for pocket change to start the game with.

If you do not spend the 500 you do not lose it. Says so on the page I posted above.
