As a beginner to the game and having just purchased the Core Set, I would love to be able to play someone to get to know the rules better. I've just built the Lannister deck from the core set, and would like to practice with it against someone else.

As an aside, maybe someone should recap the octgn lcg plugin links or something of that nature. Installing all the plugins is not getting any easier is it? and with all those crazy .NET updates? It's an unfortunate loss that the wiki agot site fell through since curious players are flowing in. AGOT LCG is somewhat brainy [confusing] compared to the mainstream. AGOT regulars are probably out of touch with what mainstream card games are like, so they have no idea how webby agot is.

Hey gualdo I know this may sound strange... but any chance in putting the ffg spoiled card: Knights of the Hollow Hill in the plugin maybe as a "experimental" set or something... I wanna try some things with this card... pre OCTGN I used to print a card like this out and just proxy it.... hard to do that on octgn.

If you cant or dont feel comfy with putting in a card not released but officially spoiled, could you just make a plugin that just has cards (one for agenda, one for plot, and one for reg. decks) titled "Proxy Card".

I have already a spoilers plugin with all cards alrady spoiled but not yet released. We use it in italy but since could be useful also here I'll update it with all spoiled cards and gave it to the forum ;-)

Ps i'm going to reupload the censored version of illyrio cause I let text in alraedy spoiled cards and someone made me notice this could be not legal.

It shows

'Brotherhood_censored.o8s' an error occured during installation:
The set 'a12af4e8-be4b-4cda-a6b6-534f97008000' is already installed.

It seems that the ID is same as the Lords of Winter.

I dont know if this was answered earlier on the thread but I cant find it. I recently updated my OCTGN and now it crashes after looking at some cards in the deck builder. Please help. I want to be able to actually build a deck.

when you install a set from a position in your computer then you cannot move the file .o8s from that position. So uninstall sets and reinstall and be sure that the files .o8s are not moved from there afer install.

Thanx for the help. It was because I moved cards around. Now I know and knowing is half the battle Man, I am such a dork.

how do you find games on octgn? I tried to access mine to build a deck this morning and it keeps crashing in the deck editor.

Finding games is a manual process. Basically you need to either make a post in the forums or find someone in a chat room and one of you gives the other their IP address and the game hooks you up through that.

You installed sets and then deleted/moved. So reinstall one/all of them. To find games there is a facebook group (search for agot octgn) and there is a thread I think in organized play section where people exchange their skype.

I should have the cards scanned next week, let me know if you need some better quality censored images for the plugin and I'll generate some as I edit mine.

As I asked in other post and in "friendship FFG request" if you want to share your images I can update all other sets. Just give me a megaupload link and I can do the work.

Uh bear in mind.... higher image quality = higher file size, it also will put more strain on the program.

I know at least 2 people that also play under emulation which.... already has drawing issues.
