Only the Core Set is released in German yet, thus we played Core Set only.

6 players were there, but 5 of them played Top 9 on the Nationals before, so the level was quite high.

i'll give you guys props for being patient on having just core set stuff to play with. how come none of you pooled your money together and had everything else shipped in from say, Miniature Market or something, to save on the shipping? you guys would have had everything by now

We have the english stuff. It's just that regionals are a "premium tier" event and thus the legal parts are given by the distributor. The german distributor does not want to give an dosadvantage to the german only players so at those tourneys only the stuff already released in german is allowed (the english part also, but only if the translation is available)
