Jake has an easier time getting to range 1 with his bonus action thanks to his pilot ability than Tycho, but VI on tycho instead of they typical DD could help out...personally I would run the rocket on Jake, but that's a really close call...

Personally I'd switch VI to Wired on Tycho and drop VI on Jake to put Autothrusters on Poe. What's CR?
