IMHO, the Agressors are balanced.to play 100 pt games. Deploy all the four and...4 Pilot Skills each, and cero cost title. Have you seen.4 Brobots in action? Do they break game balance?

Yes, I've used them in an Epic game. It was powerful but I'm not sure it was a good test case because two of the four pilot abilities got little to no use (A and D). It was really cool to see the four of them together.

I used B, C, and D with Boba in a team epic game, and I loved having both C and D's abilities available while still having the secondary weapon gunner
