I was playing with the idea of a TLT carrying Palob and was looking at crew. I had my hand over Bossk and got a smile on my face, because Bossk is a weird creature who for some reason decides to activate even if you have a stress but not add on another stress. SO, with Palob taking the Moldy Crow out for a spin, you could get a Focus and TL every time you shoot your TLT. Allowing you to stack focus like it's going out of style and probably hit your TLT everytime. Sure say you need to for some reason go 4 forward or 3 bank, you won't be able to. But I think Palob would be just fine with that.

Is this a good idea or am I on Glitterstim?

You're spending a fair amount of points to ensure (insure?) scoring one point of damage each turn. Would be nice against Super Fel but most of the time with TLT, I think you are hoping to hit on every attack so Bossk is just sitting there with nothing to do.

Hmm that does sound pretty efficient. Could be ok on Torkhil as well.

Bossk only activates when you miss on the first shot, and if you are running the MC title I think you have some good odds. The stress will make you very predictable and the HWK already has a limited dial. If you are trying to break a Stealth Autothruster Fel I can see it but I don't think it's needed in general.

Tlt drea with r4b11 is about the same as far as flying around without clearing stress. It's fun but still only two damage.

I tried Bossk on 1 hwk and Greedo on a second. Bossk's would fire first because the enemy probably has tokens then, and he'll trigger often. Greedo to follow up with a modified first shot. It didn't work as well as I had hoped. RecSpec is my go-to now.

RecSpec is a good option. Could always go with moldy crow title as well. Build up a focus reserve on the way in. Bumping, stress, etc. don't bother you then. Could even target lock for when you don't get any eyeballs.
