can anyone tell me where to find Lore scenarios?

You find lore scenarios in every rulebook in every sets: basis and expansions. Every scenario with a war council is a lore scenario and you can even play every none lore scenario with a warcouncil and you get a lore scenario. Take warcouncil level 6 at maximum - should be enough!

For now, they are still housed at DOW's site. You have to be a registered member to see them though. And you can only register if you own the game already.

Alternate is to go to www.battleloremaster.com . He hosts a PDF of all official scenarios.
