I was itching for more X-wing podcasts after finishing up the typical available ones, so I randomly searched "x-wing podcasts" on iTunes and listened to your first episode before seeing this post. GREAT JOB. Good balance of content and humor. Can't wait for the next one!

Some constructive criticism. I listened to the podcast but for the life of me everything just blended in together. It doesn't really help that everyone sounds pretty similar and thus it is actually rather difficult to work out who is talking. Add in that you just talked about endless match after match of the same for the whole podcast.

I'm hoping that episode 2 is much better and I'll give it a listen for sure, but...at the moment this is a miss for me. That being said the sound quality was great, something that is typically an issue early on. It sounds like you have added more segments for episode 2 and that sounds like a good improvement.

I do appreciate the effort and time required to make them, and it is always good to have more podcasts to listen to, so all the best with future episodes.

Yeah, that's more-or-less exactly where I found myself too. Breaking the discussion up a bit more would definitely have improved it. Obviously you're just finding your feet with the format though, so I'll definitely be checking out the next episode to see if it's a more my speed.

Me too, so far it is quite good and an improvement on episode one. Joe sounds quite low during his decision making about the head to head lists.

FYI at Nationals this year FFG didn't use Cryodex as their backup software, they switched over to using their old software package "Tourney Magistrate" that they had used in previous years.

Thanks! We were actually corrected on that by the creator of Cryodex himself Who was flattered that people immediately thought of Cryodex when a tournament software worked!

I like it. However, When discussing tournaments. I like it better when you each do a round and keep track of records, then when you just go through all of one persons rounds, then the others. It helps bring more tension and excitement to each game. Just some food for thought!

Agree with this. Also, along with this, I enjoy if the tournament as a WHOLE is discussed, and a listing of the top 8 or Top4, and maybe spending some time to discuss each top placing build would be FANTASTIC.

Good feedback. We're still finding our footing and trying to make the podcast the best that we can! I've noted that, and we'll keep that in mind for the future!
