I was thinking of trying this squad out in a friendly game with a friend who will most likely be flying Han with 2 A-wings. Thoughts and ideas on what to change?

Its alright. I would prefer engine upgrade on Oicunn (on both actually, but not sure there's points). You may or may not get value out of dauntless & anti-pursuit lasers, but that's what I'd drop for the engine. Is the build 100? If you know you're up against Han and you've taken Vet Instincts on Kath, you might want to go with an initiative bid so that Han has to move before Kath. Helps a bit to keep her on target 
As it is sitting right now, it is at 99 pts. I do prefer engine upgrade on both as well, but I've been trying to get away from that since it seems I use that for every single build. I can't help it, it is just a great mod. I could take the mangler cannon off of Kath to fit engine upgrade, and remove dauntless and anti pursuit lasers for engine upgrade and it still sits me at 99 points. I like that better.
Take Vader crew off first then re-evaluate. You generally want to put Vader on a naked Decimator or Shuttle, and stress from Kath is your arc-dodger counter anyway. Stripping hull off yourself devalues all of the points you're putting into Oicunn - especially Rebel Captive and APT.
Giving Kath EU will put you back at 100, so you could drop APT and/or Dauntless for the initiative bid.
You could also drop Tactician and give Kath Scarlet the Rebel Captive. This turns her into an absolute pain in the late game. It will put pressure on your opponent to either deal with her first and risk getting Oicunned to death or face her late game.
And whatever you do, don't take Mangler off Kath - if you hope for natural crits, there's a good chance you might go through an entire game without activating her ability. Mangler on the other hand, you'll be activating all day.

Nice, I like that much more.
You could also swap out EU for Gunner on Oicunn with your extra point. Might as well make the most out of Darth Vader and double-crit some Soontirs!
