Rebel Officers, report to the Bridge!

The rebellion has some potent officers to man their ships now! For the Rebellion!

Walex will be a must on my ECM equipped Assault Frigate flagship, the "Second Chance", to get 2 additional uses out of an Evade token!

Lando at first was a "Meh", but now I see him as a way to sudo spend 2 evades for 1 attack. Sure it is only once, but rerolling that Screed fished crit from a Gladiator to prevent the triggering of Assault concussion missiles is a good way to save 2 shields with a 4 point card.

And of course Raymus is good when you want to repair, launch some squadrons, or have a strong attack. But I am really liking these other two!

I didn't know Martin Landau had appeared in Star Wars.

You know, Lando might actually be really good. I mean REALLY good. Better than his coercion skills, or his ability to be manipulated and still think that he is the one in control, and boast about it later.

After your opponent does ALL their little fiddly things with their stuff, after they spend commands and tokens, and exhaust cards, you get to select ANY number of dice. Pick any amount. Have them reroll those dice. Yup. You only do this once, but he is only 4 points.

Before defense tokens though. Hmm, the MC80 might like this, considering it can't get an evade of it's own, it is both a super and a sub evade. Doesn't cancel dice, but you can reroll as many dice as you want from the attack pool, and they can't modify them further. Suck it death star. Wait. Lando was on the falcon and not a cruiser... nooooo!

He is going to be a good pick for any ship that expects to get shot at...

In particular I'm thinking MC30 Torpedo frigate to ensure it survives its double arc torpedo run to fillet an Imperial Star Destroyer. Like you said, he is great because youca play him after all the crazy dice modding that will be possible in wave 2.

Yeah like, if you get shot by Dominator with expanded launchers and a crap-ton of other upgrades where they roll 11 dice and get something like 15 damage, you can have them reroll all the hits and accuracies, and keep the blanks.

Or if you get shot by a star destroyer at point blank with devastator and other crazy stuff, you basically take the nerf bat to some potentially game changing roll to your flagship or objective ship or something.
