Slow roll across the map and block as much possible. With the 180, you have a good range of attack, and then blocking and utilizing APL (maybe ion projector) isn't too hard since it's 3 large ships, most likely fly them in a semi formation. Lastly, since you have FBA, the blocking won't hurt you too much and could lead into some back to back blocking fairly easily.
