I really like the new damage deck. I look forward to the time when the old one is forever gone.
The whole starter was excellent.
I was thinking of taking the old and new damage deck.
Shuffle them together.
Then I'll have a big deck for gaming.
Nothing will be wasted/thrown away because I don't mind either. Since I'm not into tournaments, I'll not need to separate the decks. Ever. Unless I want to. Which I won't.
I got two sets myself. Really love the new X-Wings - I think their reveal by JJ is what made my worries evaporate about the new film

I like playing a squad of three Rookie Pilots with Etahn, especially in team games. The new damage deck looks like an improvement, although I will kind of miss Injured Pilot. Few people fly patrol leader, after all, so those decimators always had something to lose with that crit!

I picked up my new Core Set last night! I hadn't gotten it yet. Man, those new ships really are high quality. I know I've read it a bunch, but it's great to see them in my hands. It took me a minute to realize the wings were so cool that they folded together. My son said, "They fold together to look like a Headhunter."
First thing I did was shuffle my damage deck!!!
I've noticed it requires a special kind of discipline to take a situational 1 point EPT on such an expensive flagship. Remarkably, few imperial commanders seem to have that.

Well, I do have other upgrades. I fly Commander Kenkirk with Determination, Emperor Palpy, Ysanne Isard, and EU.

My only problem now is WHAT DO I FLY?!?!?!? I haven't gotten a lot of games in during the last month or so. I really want to do the Imperial Raider campaign. I also need to practice my 4 Tie Advanced list. I've gotten a couple of Scum lists in my head that would be cool. I haven't used my Kihraxz Fighter yet. Oh, and now I have the Core Set! I've flown Imps so much, I really want to try that new X-wing out.....and try out those Tie FO's!
Why aren't people complaining about real issues like this?
