Battle of endor wave 3 speculations

By jocke01, in Star Wars: Armada

As mentioned by others, Liberty Winged, Interdictor (one or the other, don't yell at me for getting them confused) and the GR-75 with added mechanics/objectives etc.

I'd also love to see Star Wars: Rebels ships in there, such as the Arquitens, Gozanti, Ghost/Phantom and crew. I love the series and am quite upset the Ghost wasn't included in wave 2's fighter pack :( the Gozanti and Ghost appearing in X-Wing has given me hope though!

My hope is that the GR-75 remains a non-combat vessel. However, adding a GR-75 refunds some fleet points. They are still worth victory points, they can't fight, but they expand the rest of your fleet. An Imperial version would be cool too.

I bet the next wave will be a mix from rebels and EU ships. Too early for SW VII stuff because then either they make a revised manual to fit the "new" factions or a "big box" expansion (assuming enough ships show up in the new movie).

I for one am disapointed that we wont be getting the MC80 Liberty (winged or wingless, but personally I want the wings!) until at least wave 4! :( :( :(

Given that the mc80 pack is named homeone expansion vs mc80 expansion. Leads me to think we may get a wing version. Otherwise why name the imperial star destory expansion that vs vaders name flagship?

As much as I want some of the EU ships, I think wave 3 will be a mix of Rebels & Force Awakens. Dont forget though, we have Star Wars Anthology, Rogue One out December 2016 as well. That should have a few capital ships as well, so wave 4 or 5 may have those.

The Tector class Star Destroyer was also at the battle of Endor. Essentialy an ISD with extra guns & armor, but no hanger bays. That would make a great release partner for the winged Liberty mc80!

A (x-wing raider) sized executor model as the first epic sized ship with Admiral Piett as a commander.

Just as the SSD thread disappears from page 1... :D

Fixed! :D

I'd rather they not. That entire concept springs from a ship "we saw" for a couple seconds, and even the clip of it doesn't make much sense (they're supposedly flying under the ship, but all the SDs in the background are facing up. Means this one random SD decided to fly upside down compared to the others.) And I don't see it as offering much for the game. It would use the same model as the ISD, maybe have more shields/hull value, but no squadron points? That's it? Eh...
