I honestly think FFG is too greedy with some of those cards.

In my opinion if a player buys ALL their products even only once he should have a reasonable complete collection to play almost everything.

What list are you flying where you have 5 x-wings and can't proxy the card?

And I disagree about the "pay to win" comment. For that to be the case, the thing you're buying needs to be balanced by the real-world price of the item, rather than the squad point cost. Having to buy the models and cards you want to play the game is *not* "pay to win."

Pay to win would be something like "Limited Edition Luke" that has 4 attack dice, 3 agility, an extra mod slot, and his ability worked on all focus results for attack and defense, same point cost as baseline Luke, MSRP $150.

Its not so much pay to win than pay to take part on even grounds.

Just imagine a student or whoever player that cant buy everything but wants to play at a tournament. Lets say he has a copy of a certain card so you can read the rules on it, but its still required of him to spend more money to use it 3 or 4 times in a squadron. He cant pay it so he cant play it. Clearly restrictive no matter how you want to call it.

It will be like the Imperial Shuttle and Adv Sensors. Many more reprints to come eventually.

When they discover there's a lot of demand for a particular card, it winds up being packed in with another ship or ships down the road.
People complained they only got it with the shuttle in Wave 3 (and you're looking at a guy who wound up selling a couple of spare shuttles so he could run a 4x Blue + AdvS list he enjoyed), E-wing came with another copy in Wave 4.

If there's a lot of demand for Wired, and you start seeing multiple copies pop up in a lot of lists, it'll show up in another wave soon, simple as that.

Well yes ... Wired will be in the box of the Tie Cog I guess ... which will be available in a Year or so ... until then you will have to buy multiple core boxes I guess
