300 Points

The idea is to keep Jonus close to the Raider and take pot shots at anything in range. The Deci and Redline will support eachother and take the fight to whatever is in front of them. Brath will strike out on his own dance around the Raider doing as much damage to the large ships as he can. The Raider is built flexably I think, but then I have very limited experiance with huge ships.

Any and all feedback would be appreciated.

that being said, in epic (never played a full epic game) i can imagine there being a fair amount of clutter... Assault missiles and other long range munition might be your thing to help allow your punisher to live longer and deal more damage as a consequence.

I do like your Raider build, but the thing that always scares me about a list like this is that you have so few ships - 100 points on RAC and Brath alone (that's like a Standard list). If your opponent does something similar, it might well be a good build. Remember: as good as they are, these ships still only shoot once a turn. If your opponent has a similar list with lots of points spent on named pilots and upgrades, you might be okay. If he brings, say, 6 generic X-Wings and a well-built CR90, you're probably in trouble. In Epic more dice and more hitpoints almost always beat upgrades.

For my money, the only Imperial pilots worth their points in Epic are Howlrunner and Jonus, because they can theoretically make all your ships better. Plus, the more ships you have for them to modify, the better they get, so you really don't need to upgrade them (maybe a bomb or two for Jonus since you'll keep him close to your Raider, where maneuvering is harder for enemy ships that don't want to get squished). I just don't think RAC, Brath, and/or Redline are worth your points. In fact I'm not sure Decimators, Defenders and/or Punishers are where you want to be in general. The Decimator will probably live a few turns, but the others can easily be splashed with a single turn of focused fire and you're down a significant chunk of your points.

As always, YMMV, but for what it's worth I've won every Epic tournament game I've ever played. Not trying to pat myself on the back so much as reference my experience with a format that doesn't seem to be as well understood or widely played as Standard (which I still suck at).

Panic: I go with Cluster rmissiles because with accuracy corrector im always going to get at least 4 hits out of the deal. If they can null that fine but every barrage is at least 4 hits which isnt bad. The Meta I play in seems to favor the large based ships (Bossk and Han mostly) as opposed to the swarms so the Punisher is more of a strike and retreat option. The actual attacking would be done by Brath and Chinchilla.

Futuristiken: Would you be willing to send me a PM with some specifics on this Raider build? Iv eonly used the thing twice so I only have a broad Idea of what is "good" and what is not in Epic.
Same thing for the number of ships on thing for the number of ships on this build. Previous builds I've flown had more ships and the win margin was pretty wide in my favor but my area favors the large based ships so I've given up some of my mobility in favor of raw firepower. It's a risk but one I think will pay off against what Im usually facing off against.
