Given the social stigma applied to cyborgs, any cyberware that boosted Presence would have to be concealable or at least easily disguised a non-cybernetic tech. This is probably why we haven't seen an official version of one yet. It'd be a daunting, or even formidable, task for an enterprising cyberneticist to invent one, but not impossible.

That said, a pheromone-emitter and/or body-language-reader would be how I'd rationalize it.

Don't forget Cyberpunk 2020, the Chrome books cover a lot of different types of gear. Things like eyes might be easily adaptable as they have limited expansion which translates to HP fairly easily.
