I already have FaD Beta and the two previous corebooks, EofE and AoR. Is it worthy to acquire FaD corebook? Does anyone know if there are many changes on the classes and specializations from one book to the other? I don't really need more sections describing rolls and rules....
FaD Beta vs Corebook
The changes are subtle but they are there. And like the other betas there is a ton of additional info.
You can find the FaD errata here:
Should allow you to use the beta with the necessary changes.

There are still differences between that document and the final rules in the Core Rulebook.
I would say the full book is worth the $60 (or less from various online sellers) even if you have the beta. The value comes from:
- Updated rules
- Fluff
- Additional stat blocks
- More fluff
- Seriously, tons of fluff.
Seriously, there's enough background information and flavor in the book to fill a bulk cruiser to bursting. IMO, it's enough to justify it's purchase since it forms a solid base of what you can call "canon enough", from which a campaign can be constructed.
Aside from a number of tweaks throughout the rule section, as LethalDose said the amount of background material in one easy-to-access location is worth the price of admission. Especially if you can get it at a discounted price through a number of online retailers; CoolStuffInc and Miniatures Market (both pretty reliable under most circumstances) have it at around $45 last I checked.
Plus the artwork in this book is probably some of the best and most evocative of any of FFG's Star Wars books, which is nearly worth the price of admission by itself.
I would assume that the books would be discounted until normal sources run out... then increasingly expensive until a second printing arrives.
