Just started playing, this is my first Bossk attempt. Any thoughts helpful.

You're gonna want Engine Upgrade. The thing corners like the Titanic and if anyone gets behind you you're in trouble

I agree with Toqtamish. Maybe drop Mercenary Copilot and Maneuvering Fins in exchange for Engine Upgrade. Although I don't have all the point costs memorized so I don't know if that frees up enough space for the Engine Upgrade.

The thing is, you want this ship to mov well, but boost will move you forward quite a bit and may put you too close to even use Mercenary Copilot. Besides, Bossk's ability is only once per turn, so you can't combo the Merc with Mangler Cannon. True, that allows you to get 2 hits AND a crit, but it seems less reliable. Glitterstim seems alright with Gunner, but if you still need points for Engine Upgrade, you might drop the stim.

Despite all that, your list isn't awful. Perhaps too many points in the Hound's Tooth for my taste, but if you hqve a solid plqn, your list could work. You hqve to be aware of your opponent's moves and watch for when they plan to get behind Bossk. Then punish them with your Kihraxz Fighters when they try to get on Bossk's six. Bossk will still take damage since the Cartel Marauders aren't likely to shoot before whoever is getting behind Bossk, but if you can take 'em out with your 2 fighters, it's probably worth a little damage on Bossk. I guess what I'm trying to suggest is to use Bossk's low maneuverability to set a trap for your opponent. It may not work, but it's your best bet.

Thanks for the input I will have to look at the points to see how they even out. I have thought of taking out the Glitterstim good card but hard to find the right time to use it.

Thoughts on this set up I need 8 more points to fet to 100.

Your first Bossk was really too expensive, he's a tank but he still drops really quick to focussed fire. I ran him in a tourney last week with predator, outlaw tech and K4 security droid which give great action efficiency with the YV dial. Another nice build is calculation and recon specialist which is cheaper than mangler cannon iirc.

You probably don't even need a secondary weapon with Bossk. With 3 attack and something like 270 degrees covered by his firing arcs you could probably use those points for something else. I'm personally not a fan of one use cards but that's just personal preference. I can totally see it being useful but I like cards that stick with me for the most part.

As the others mentioned, Calculation and Recon Specialist are a nice combo. You could even work outlaw tech into that if you really wanted to be sure you're never without focus tokens (maybe throw wingman on another ship to compliment the outlaw tech).

Alternately K4 Security droid and Weapons Engineer work well together. Do a green maneuver and get two target locks in the deal. Although that combo is far more potent with Latts.

I'm curious to see some of the builds though as I've only had a couple chances to play with Bossk so far so I still have a lot of playing to find a build I like.
