Ok so i need some suggestions horton tlt markmenship is beastly but i dont really know what to par him with to really be competitive the meta in my area in alabama is tlt spam over in gerogia its tie advance so any help would be great

2x GSP, Outmaneuver, Expert Handling, Refit.
1x GSP, PTL, Calculation, Refit.
It's geared more towards anti-TLT but you've got the EH on some to mitigate the ATC/x1's. Which may or may not be a good choice given that they will most likely focus on Horton first.
Also if your wondering why not PTL? Because Horton will be focused first. So the A's should have an easier flanking shot.
Although once Juke is released I see no reason not to drop Outmaneuver and EH for PTL/Juke.
In Alabama go with 5 tala's.
Georgia go with 3 autoblaster golds and add EM w/ plasma torps on Horton
If I would go with Horton, I would try out this setup and list.
Horton with Twin Laser Turret at PS10 and Engine Upgrade is going to give you a lot of possibilities.
It's a great counter for Whisper based lists as you are shooting to Phantom BEFORE it's going to go back to the stealth mode. It deals a lot of damage with TLT and Horton's ability to reroll all blanks. Engine Upgrade is a must have because it gives you 2 options, you move last (with PS10) so you can use it to move out of arc of fire or simply boost out of Range 1 to be sure you are going to shoot with TLT each turn. It's a nice alternative to Miranda - I love this build.
Poe - it's another PS10 pilot with Autothrusters that are going to help you in survival, single Focus token is making this guy roll quite nice as you can use it during attack, defense and - to restore shield at EOT. Don't go for Integrated Astromech, with Autothrusters you are getting much more.
Biggs.... well, it's a great thing to have in 2x PS10 list. It's going to make your team survive for little longer, it's still 3 red dice ship and with R4-D6 Droid enemy HLC ships are not as that scarry.
TIEs don't like PS10 pilots...
OR, try out this one.
I had 2 games with this list vs TIE Adv and it worked nice.
In the same time, if you will figure out anything how do "kyll ugly TIEs" - share the ideas.
