Hi,

The H7 Equilizer Blaster Pistol has the Superior Quality as default. Does this mean the Base Damage is already increased or do I increase the damage by 1.

So is the base damage 7 or 8?

The extra damage is already figured into weapons that start with the Superior quality. Just remember that it also gives you an extra Advantage on your combat checks!

That's correct. This was answered by one of the designers when that book first came out. It's particularly confusing because it only needs 2 advantages to crit so it seems like the extra advantage may have been included in that stat too, but it wasn't.

I am pretty sure the fluff description for the H7 says that the extra damage is already factored in. I believe the Ryyk Blade is the other weapon that always comes Superior and that one does not indicate either way, but they came out and said that it is factored in. Or I have them mixed up and it is the other way around.
