Blue dice just got that much better. So excited!

Where did you find this image?

This would certainly make blue dice much more appealing. I have had times where a guy roles all accuracies with his blue die.

I called this many many moons ago.

Good to know it's 5 points.

I see it now.

Okay all cards in the preview are accounted for now!

I'm not seeing where this is at...

They updated the preview. Its under the ship-to-ship combat section.

Can you choose to not spend accuracy rolls to get more damage when using this card?

Ah "unspent" AND blue

Otherwise that'd be a little nuts :P

Isd2 without Vader is gonna need one

Yes. You can always choose not to spend accuracy. Before it was pointless but now you can use them. It makes this strong on anything with many blue dice.

Still a strong card though.

It is indeed still a strong card ! Glad we finally know how to play with it :D

Overall think it has less utility than Leading Shots. It's not often that I want to give up an Accuracy.

These seem made for the MC80 Command Cruiser.

EDIT: Or an ISD-II Avenger.

I don't think I can name a time when against a ship I rolled too many accuracies to get value out if this card.

It can also work well on a Corvette B to be honest. Ensuring 3 damage per shot if you need it, or giving you the accuracy.

Actually, I'd rather have that over Leading Shot on Dodonna's Pride for example. Now, the opponent will be either forced to spend defense tokens for 3 damage and take a crit to the face, or take the 3 damage. Definitely running this with the Pride as soon as this hits wave 2.

EDIT : With a potential of 6 damage on a well timed CF command with both arcs.

Ehh.

The best thing about this card is the card art.

It kinda is... meh. If the card was 3 points, sure. But it is kinda.... garbage.

Its going to be either Awesome or Garbage, depending on your luck.

I know people would have won tournaments, instead of losing over rolling ACC-ACC-ACC on their 3 Blue Dice and not getting anywhere...

Its a 5 point insurance card for Damage dealers. Just so much as the Liasons are Insurance for Command. You have more opportunity to cause damage, so it costs more. I think any more and it'd be questionable, but at 5 points (just over half a TIE squadron, or half a Y-Wing) is manageable.

I think this is completely right. It's basically the same effect as other dice modification upgrades, like Screed, H-9s, etc. Get an accuracy, decide if you want to use it normally, or push your damage total. No need to spend anything, no limits on numbers of use.

Thats why I would maybe use it if it was 3 points, IE the cost of a Liaison or Vet Captain, but 5 points, eh.

I think this is a great upgrade, but needs to be on an ISD or VSD II to get the best out of it. This plus Avenger attacking a ship which had already been hit with an overload pulse from my raider? Yes please!

I can see some really interesting synergies with wave 2 coming out. But when we will we get them!!??

It's kinda tough to choose between this or overload pulse on a corvette B.
