These aren't really arc-dodgers though?

I guess Blue Ace with BB-8 qualifies on occasion...

Tycho can dodge arcs better with daredevil and Jake is the rebels' only true small-based arc-dodger. Dash is pretty good at arc-dodging too.

Well yes, Expert Handling allows arc-dodging too. But daredevil is better on him. If you haven't tried it, you really, really should. No other ship flies like it.
