Conner Net - new FAQ

New FAQ question about Conner Net :

Conner Net:
When this bomb token detonates, the ship that moved
through or overlapped this token suffers 1 damage, receives 2 ion tokens,
and skips its “Perform Action” step. Then discard this token.
Conner Net :
If a Conner Net is dropped overlapping a ship and
immediately detonates, and that ship has not yet
activated this phase, that ship executes the maneuver
on its dial as normal and skips its “Perform Action”
step. If a Conner Net is dropped overlapping a ship and
immediately detonates, and that ship has activated this
phase, that ship suffers the effects of being ionized
next turn and does not skip any “Perform Action” step.
If a ship is ionized, executes its [1 ] maneuver, and
overlaps a Connor Net, all ion tokens are discarded at
the end of the maneuver (including those received from
Connor Net).

Just want to make sure I understand it clearly. In the 1st scenario, the ship that has not yet activated, but get the Conner net dropped on him, still get the 1 dmg and 2 ion, right? Not just : Executes the maneuver and skips its "Perform Action" step. Right?

Yes, it still gets the 1 damage and 2 ion tokens. All the ruling is doing in that sentence is clarifying that the ion tokens don't affect the ship's maneuvering until next round.

Ok, had a couple issues pop up last night about Conner Net, and this was one of them. The other was this: What if a ship runs over two Conner Net's in the same turn?

Had a K-wing drop a Net on one turn, then the next turn dropped a second Conner Net next turn. The second overlapped a Decimator, which, following the rules from above, continued it's original pre-ioned course, hitting the first Net. Am I correct in assuming that the Decimator would take the tokens from both Nets? So, 2 damage and 4 ions?

Yes, but as is always the case with ion tokens, more than are needed to ionize the ship are wasted since they will be discarded all at once when the ship performs the ion move.

Yep, my original intent was to Net him two turns in a row, thinking he was going for short manuevers. I guess he tried pushing through my ambush, and that caused him to hit both. Didn't matter much anyway, one turn was enough to catch up and blast him with the rest of my squad. (Fel was unfortunate enough to K-turn right into Range 1 massacre from my twin B-Wings.)
