This literally only matters if it's the last ship alive and is to make the mov 101-99. It never was a draw the mov was just 100-100 which was weird.
imo, the pup was never worth it at all

The pup still needs to carry over the hounds ept. The hound is still weak and the pup is usually to little to late.

Tabeling the opponent no matter what the margin of victory is still a full 5 match points win.
I don't think it was ever worth it IMO. Latts Razzi's ability is nice to keep around, but I'm not a fan of playing six points short for most of a game.
Honestly I'm bummed you can't keep the EPT on the Pup pilot but Razzi and Bossk both have solid abilities in a Headhunter, depending on your list. I think it's a tough call for six points but a half-price Headhunter that can still get you a full win is A-OK in my book.
If you use the Pup and end up tabling your opponent, it's a full win. Anything that gets you the win is worth it, regardless of MoV.
