So with the ruling on the TLT, can the Y-wing+BTL+TLT+Stress Bot give 3 stress in one turn?

It appears so, but they just nerfed Tactician so you can't do that. I'm confused?

You only stress on declare target stage. As per the rules, you attack it twice but only declare target once. So, max two stess as a TLT Warthog.

Cluster missiles work the same way: declare the target of an attack once, then perform the attack twice. R3-A2 triggers when you declare the attack, which means only two stress.

Well that's better than 3 I guess.
