I don't currently own a C3PO upgrade and don't plan on getting one any time soon so I've been working of two different builds with the YT-1300 sans C3PO.

The first one is my take on the typical Fat Han build and I'm not sure what to include with the remaining thirty five points.

I do have Rebel Aces however I wouldn't use Lando and Jan Ors at the same time since Lando requires an action and Jan Ors requires a focus action so I wouldn't be able to utilize both at the same time.

Sure you would, Action Lando, roll 2 green, eye, eye? Jan turns 1 into an evade for a focus and evade. Profit.

Jan doesn't care where the focus comes from, as lond as there's one to be assigned.

Jan:

Once per round, when a friendly ship at Range 1-3 performs a focus action or would be assigned a focus token, you may assign it an evade token instead.

Lando:

Roll 2 defense dice. For each eye result, assign 1 focus token to your ship. For each evade result, assign 1 evade token to your ship.

A ship is at range 1 of itself.

That's why she works so well with Kyle piloting the HWK.

The issue here is that you have so much action contention. You can boost, evade, or Lando; only once per turn so while you have a lot of options you have a lot of points sitting doing nothing every turn. In my experience the most durable a YT-1300 can get without C3PO is Recon Specialist, Jan Ors, PTL, and MF Title. Evade as your action, then PTL to RecSpec and have Jan convert one of those focuses to an evade. That's 2 negated damage plus a focus for offense. You could also Boost and RecSpec focus to end up with a focus and an evade. Another note - Jan doesn't have to be on the YT-1300, she just has to be within range 3 if you want to put her on another ship...

& A fully loaded Corran.

APL comes into its own now and then especially as Chewie as a fairly low PS. Move into the block position and help set up Corran and maybe get some damage off with APL. Its a reliable Flacon build that dishes damage and negates some as well.
