I know there is app for this but since I`m big fan of pen&paper I have decided to create my own log.Paper size is A4.

I want to share it here to see what you think about it!

P.S.This is pure fan work!!!

I have tested this sheet and it works nice.There is one downside tho.

When rebels get new cards for side missions there is no room on sheet to write them down so I just write em on back of the paper.
